Our Return & Refund Policy

At DaTrendStore, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a 30-day exchange policy and a 15-day refund policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate an exchange and 15 days to request a refund.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• Have all original tags and packaging intact.

• Include proof of purchase or receipt.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@datrendstore.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We carefully inspect all orders before shipment, but we understand issues can happen. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@datrendstore.com. We’ll promptly resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

• Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

• Personal care items (beauty and hygiene products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item’s eligibility for return or exchange.

Exchanges

For faster service, the easiest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, please place a new, separate order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, and original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
